ACTIVE PARTICIPATION
All in-person attendees are warmly encouraged to present their anticancer research project by submitting an abstract using the official template file
All accepted abstracts will be included in the official EVAMS Book of Abstract
– soon available
🏆The best poster will be awarded the prize and announced during the closing session!
GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPANTS:
All presentations must be in English.
Oral presentations are organized as follows:
KEY (Keynote Lecture): 30 minutes total (25 min presentation + 5 min discussion)
OR (Oral Communication): 10 minutes total (7 min presentation + 3 min Q&A)
YT (Youngest Talk): 5 minutes (no Q&A)
FL (Flash Communication): 6 presentations will be selected, 5 minutes (no Q&A)
Poster presentation:
Maximum poster size: 70 cm (width) × 100 cm (height).
The numbered list of accepted posters will be included in the final program, available on the conference website.
